This house, set on Chalk Hill in Sonoma County, is designed to provide a slower pace of life. With views of Mt. St. Helena and Knight’s Valley, it lives up to its name – Bella Vista.
The house wraps around a central courtyard and infinity-edge pool. We designed the arrival to provide views right through the center of the house, giving it a sense of transparency and connection to the stunning site. Every room looks out onto a view of the vineyards below or the woodlands behind. Cars are tucked away out of site in a garage set below the building pad.
