Completed as part of three phases of design and construction, this welcoming spa is an integral part of the renovation of Calistoga Motor Lodge, a project that has transformed an aging motor lodge into a chic wine country destination with a design inspired by the great American road trip.
Open to both hotel guests and day-visitors, the spa is designed as an oasis, offering a whimsical and social take on wellness. A range of treatments and activities includesthe “Mud Bar”—a bathhouse ritual with steam rooms and soaking tubs, and featuring Calistoga’s signature mineral-rich mud. A casual outdoor terrace accented with bold graphics, and three thermal pools fed by local geothermal springs, complete the experience
